Real Pricing, Before You Ever Talk to Sales
Most outsourcing companies hide pricing behind a demo call. Here's how ours works, what it starts at, and exactly what drives your quote, so you can do the math before we ever speak.

Get a Custom PlanOne all-in-one agent covers a small NEMT operation running up to 5 cars. Above 5 cars you add a second all-in-one agent, and from there higher call and trip volume just means more agents. The more agents on your plan, the lower the per-hour rate (see volume discounts below). Very low volume? Ask about part-time or shared coverage.

More agents, lower rate: solo agent to full team
Serving NEMT and healthcare clients since 2020, we price by dedicated agents, not confusing per-minute meters. The rule is simple: the more agents on your plan, the lower the per-hour rate. The tiers below use the $10/hr NEMT all-in-one rate as the example; billing and other roles get the same per-agent reductions from their base rate.

Monthly figures = one dedicated agent at 160 hrs/month; the example uses the $10/hr NEMT all-in-one rate. For the NEMT all-in-one role, plan on about one agent per 5 cars. A fleet over 5 cars runs on 2 or more agents. Billing and other services start at $12/hr and credentialing at $6/hr, each with the same per-agent volume reductions. Per-trip and percentage billing quoted custom. Exact rate depends on role, hours, and complexity. Your written quote locks it. Rates current as of July 2026.
In-house vs SS Support Network
One rate vs a fully-loaded in-house hire
A US in-house hire is never just a wage. Payroll tax alone adds 7.65% before benefits even start: employers owe 6.2% for Social Security and 1.45% for Medicare on every paycheck under 26 U.S.C. 3111. Then come benefits, PTO, training, turnover, equipment, and the extra people it takes to cover nights and weekends. With us there is one number: our hourly rate, everything included.
In-house hirefully loaded, per productive hour*
SS Support Networkone hourly rate, nothing else
- Base wage
- Payroll taxes
- Benefits & PTO
- Training & turnover
- Equipment & overhead
- Management & QA
- 24/7 coverage gaps
- With us: one rate, all of it included
*Illustrative. Once taxes, benefits, PTO, turnover, and round-the-clock coverage are counted, a wage becomes a much larger number, and with us you pay none of it, just our hourly charge. Run your own figures in the savings calculator; the result typically lands 35–70% below a fully-loaded in-house team (SS Support Network operations data).
The honest math
What you're really comparing against
A fully-loaded US in-house hire isn't a wage. It's wages plus payroll taxes, benefits, PTO, training, turnover, and the coverage gaps between shifts. Fill those gaps with your own hourly staff and the Fair Labor Standards Act requires time and a half for every hour past 40 in a week. Across our engagements, clients typically save 35–70% per role*, and get 24/7 coverage in-house hiring can't provide at any price.
- One seat replaces 3–4 rotating in-house shifts for 24/7 coverage
- Turnover, sick days & no-shows become our problem, not yours
- Scale up for busy season, down when it's quiet, month to month
*SS Support Network operations data, comparing role-for-role cost vs fully-loaded US in-house hiring. Run your own assumptions in the calculator.
We publish our model and our starting rate because buyers who can't see pricing leave. If a competitor won't show you theirs, ask why.

Simple hourly pricing per dedicated agent, by role. A NEMT all-in-one agent is $10/hr and covers dispatching, customer support, patient follow-ups, driver management, and email. NEMT and clinic billing and all other services start at $12/hr, and credentialing is $6/hr. No setup fees, no long-term contracts, and backup coverage is included so a sick day never costs you coverage.
One agent, one rate ($10/hr, about $1,600/month full-time), covering a small NEMT operation end to end: trip bidding and taking, broker management, dispatching, assigning and scheduling, customer support, patient follow-ups, driver management, and email handling. One all-in-one agent covers a small NEMT operation running up to 5 cars; if you run more than 5 cars you add a second all-in-one agent, and as your call and trip volume grows further we add more agents, and the per-hour rate drops as you scale.
NEMT and clinic billing is $12/hr per dedicated biller, or you can choose per-trip or percentage-based billing quoted to your broker mix and volume. There is no one-size percentage, so we price it to your actual numbers. Just ask for a custom plan and we quote it in writing.
Credentialing is $6/hr for broker, driver, and vehicle credentialing and enrollment, billed for the credentialing work only, not bundled with other roles. If you would rather not price it by the hour, we also quote credentialing per application and per driver, based on your fleet size and how many brokers you are enrolling with. Ask for a custom plan and we put it in writing.
Yes. One agent fits a small operation at the base rate; a team of 3–5 drops by about $1/hr per agent, 6–9 by about $1.50/hr per agent, and 10+ is custom, our lowest rate. The more agents on your plan, the bigger the per-agent discount. Other services follow the same tier structure from their base rate.
Typically 35–70% per role once you count the full in-house cost: wages, payroll taxes, benefits, PTO, turnover, and the overnight shifts nobody wants. The savings calculator lets you run your own numbers with editable assumptions.
Yes. That is the recommended path. Most clients start with one agent, and if your volume is very low you can ask about part-time or shared coverage. On dispatch and call-coverage work your first week is free. Judge the quality on real work, then scale up or down as your volume changes.
