By accessing or using the services provided by SS Support Network LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
SS Support Network provides call center operations, NEMT dispatch, medical billing, credentialing, live chat support, virtual receptionist, and related business process outsourcing services. Specific service terms, scope, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements between the Company and each client.
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery, maintain active communication regarding operational changes, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and pay invoices in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
We commit to maintaining high standards of service quality as outlined in individual service agreements. Specific performance metrics, response times, and quality standards are documented in each client's Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives termination of services and is reinforced by our Business Associate Agreements for healthcare-related clients.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SS Support Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Monthly plans may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. Annual plans may be terminated with 30 days' notice subject to the terms of the annual agreement. Upon termination, we will facilitate an orderly transition of services and return all client data.
All proprietary systems, processes, training materials, and methodologies used in service delivery remain the intellectual property of SS Support Network LLC. Clients retain ownership of their business data, customer information, and operational records.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Washington, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
