Who we are, plainly
SS Support Network LLC is a US-registered business process outsourcing company headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, with a 24/7 global delivery team. That structure is deliberate: a US entity you contract with and can hold accountable, and a global team that makes true around-the-clock coverage affordable. Operating since 2020, our flagship NEMT client has been with us for over two years — in this industry, retention is the metric that matters.
Dedicated seats, not a shared pool
When you engage us, specific named agents are assigned to your account. They answer in your company's name, learn your riders and facilities, your brokers, your drivers' quirks, and your software. They are not simultaneously answering for nine other companies. This is the single biggest difference between our model and a generic answering service — context. The dispatcher who takes the 6 a.m. call already knows which driver had a vehicle issue last night.
Backup coverage: no single point of failure
Every account has cross-trained backup agents who work the account regularly enough to stay sharp. When your primary agent is sick, on leave, or rotates off, the backup steps in with full context — same scripts, same systems, same protocols. You should never be able to tell from the outside that a substitution happened. Coverage also never depends on one person being awake: the schedule is built as a team roster, not a heroic individual.
Quality assurance that actually reviews work
QA at SS Support Network means humans reviewing real work on a set cadence: call recordings scored against your protocols, dispatch boards checked for assignment discipline and late risks, claims sampled before and after submission. Findings feed two places — coaching for the agent, and a note in your report so you see what we caught and fixed. QA that only produces a dashboard nobody reads isn't QA; ours changes behavior weekly.
Reporting cadence: you see what we see
The default rhythm is a daily handoff summary (what happened, what needs your decision), a weekly report covering volumes, issues, and QA findings, and a monthly review with your account manager to adjust coverage and priorities. Because our agents work inside your own software, none of this is take-our-word-for-it — every trip, call log, and claim is sitting in your systems where you can verify it whenever you like.
One account manager, one throat to choke
You get a single account manager who knows your operation end to end. Questions, escalations, scope changes, "can you also handle this" — one person, reachable, accountable. When something goes wrong (occasionally, something will), your account manager tells you first, tells you what happened, and tells you what changed so it doesn't recur.
Timezone coverage without the night-shift premium
Your 2 a.m. is someone's mid-morning. Our global roster means nights, weekends, and holidays are staffed by alert people working normal hours — not an exhausted skeleton crew. For NEMT operators this is the difference between a will-call at midnight becoming a completed trip or a complaint; for clinics it means the Monday-morning voicemail backlog simply doesn't exist.
