Leadership
Nimra Khalid
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of SS Support Network, principal stakeholder, and co-founder and COO of Transport BPO. Nimra runs delivery: the teams, the accounts, and the call on what a client keeps in house and what we take over.
Where she has run operations
Nimra has personally managed operations for more than twenty client companies. That covers the whole span of what SS Support Network does, which is why the standard on every account is the one she sets.
Non-emergency medical transportation
Trip boards, driver assignment, will-call returns, standing orders and broker relationships. She knows what a day looks like when four trips have nobody on them at eight in the morning, and what has to happen before that schedule reaches the client.
Healthcare practices
Front-desk cover, patient scheduling, confirmations and after-hours answering for clinics and specialty practices, where the caller is often unwell or anxious and whoever answers is the practice as far as they are concerned.
Home care and assisted living
Referral intake, caregiver scheduling and the after-hours calls that decide whether a referral becomes a client. Home care runs on responsiveness, and the operations behind it either protect that or quietly lose it.
Transportation dispatch
Routing, capacity, on-time performance and the reporting a broker or payer expects. Dispatch is where a promise made on the phone either holds or doesn't.
How she runs an account
- Agents work inside your software, not a parallel system, so nothing has to be reconciled afterwards.
- Every account has a named lead and a written escalation path, so an exception reaches a person rather than a queue.
- Backup cover is built into every seat. A sick day, a no-show or a resignation is our problem, not yours.
- Scope is agreed in writing before anyone starts, and revisited as volume changes.
- Month to month after the first week. The work is judged on your real trips and your real calls.
